Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor,

Big congratulations to the two new youngsters who are now in the NRL.
Jake Clifford will be running on for the Cowboys this year, Thomas Flegler will be running on for the Broncos.

We are so proud of our Tully boys, one of the great homes of Rugby League.
A little western league the year before last had five playing in the NRL and two playing for Australia and we are immensely proud of them.

We’ve still got Bolton. Gavin Cooper is married to one of our Innisfail daughters. Innisfail; the home of legends like Slater and Boustead.

Great to see more of our boys coming through from the Far North. I’ll be watching with great pride this year.
