Member for Kennedy Bob Katter is expected to arrive in Canberra on Tuesday afternoon.

Having spoken with fellow independents Tony Windsor and Rob Oakeshott during the past two days, the decision was made to travel to Canberra in order to meet with relevant individuals.

It is envisaged that he will remain in Canberra for several days, possibly in a lockdown situation with the other independents.

“Basically, we’ll be bunking down for a few days, having a few discussions and figuring out
where we go from here,” he said.
